Terms of Service

By engaging Costream for managed marketing services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Costream provides managed marketing services across Reddit, TikTok organic, cold email, cold calling and paid ads. Scope is set in writing at kickoff and in your monthly statement of work.

2. Fees & billing

Standard pricing is £499 per brand, per vertical, per month, billed monthly in advance. Bundle and multi-brand rates are agreed in writing. Paid ad spend is billed separately and direct to the platform.

3. Term & cancellation

Month-to-month. Either party may cancel with 14 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. No long-term commitment.

4. Client responsibilities

• Provide access to brand assets, accounts and platforms as required.
• Approve creative and strategy decisions in the agreed turnaround windows.
• Ensure claims in your product and messaging are truthful and legally compliant.

5. Our responsibilities

• Deliver agreed deliverables each month.
• Treat your data and accounts with reasonable care and confidentiality.
• Flag any compliance or platform-policy risks.

6. IP

Creative produced for you under a paid engagement is licensed to you for your own commercial use. Costream retains the right to reference work in case studies unless explicitly opted-out.

7. Liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

8. Excluded sectors

We do not work with gambling, adult content, or pump-and-dump crypto projects.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
